What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use our contact form or email us, we receive:
- Your name and email address
- The piece you're asking about and any message you write
- Details you share to complete an order, such as sizing and delivery address
If you join a mailing list, we store your email address to send you updates.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and confirm sizing, availability and payment
- To arrange delivery of your order
- To send updates you've asked for (you can unsubscribe at any time)
We never sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only when needed to run the business. Examples are our website host (Netlify, which processes form submissions), payment providers and delivery partners, each only for the purpose of completing your order.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and order details only as long as we need them to serve you and meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then we delete them.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@ravedstyle.com and we'll respond promptly.
Cookies
This website doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and our images from third-party image hosts, which may receive basic technical information such as your IP address when the page loads.
