How delivery works
Because every order starts with a conversation, we confirm the delivery method, cost and estimated arrival date with you before you pay, so there are no surprises at the end.
Processing times
Once payment is received, orders are packed and shipped from Los Angeles within 48 hours (business days). Limited drops can be busier, and if there's any delay we'll tell you straight away.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on your location and the delivery speed you choose. We'll include the exact cost in your order confirmation.
International orders
Outside the US? Get in touch. Where we can ship to your country, we'll confirm the options and costs. Any customs duties or import taxes are set by your country and are usually paid by the recipient.
Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you the tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email hello@ravedstyle.com with your name and order details, and we'll sort it out with you and the carrier.
