About these terms
These terms apply when you use the RAVED website or order a piece from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
How ordering works
We don't run an online checkout. Every order starts as a conversation:
- You send an enquiry through our contact form or by email.
- We reply to confirm sizing, availability, the final price and how to pay.
- Your order is confirmed once we've received payment and sent you a confirmation.
Sending an enquiry doesn't commit you to buying anything.
Prices and availability
Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and may change. Our collections are made in limited runs, so availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If something is out of stock, we'll let you know and suggest alternatives.
Payment
We'll share payment options with you when we confirm your order. Orders are prepared once payment has been received.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to love your piece. If there's a problem with the fit or quality, contact us and we'll explain the return or exchange options available for your order. See Shipping Info for delivery details.
Our content
RAVED designs, logos, text and photography on this site belong to RAVED or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
